New Developments this month:

Timed Auctions

Optional Bidder City Location for Timed Bidding

Show the cities where online bids are coming from. This function has been known to increase transparency and trust between auctioneers and their bidders during online timed auctions.

Optional SMS Out Bid Notifications

Webtron’s Auction System can now send automated SMS outbid notifications to online bidders when they have been outbid during a timed auction, meaning that they won’t miss a bid again.

Live Webcast Auctions

Swipe to Bid on Mobile

To eliminate claims of “accidental bids” placed on mobiles and tablets, we’ve replaced the “Click to Bid” button with a “Swipe to bid.”

Auction Display now shows “Asking Bid”

This is a feature almost every auctioneer in Australia, US, and UK has been asking for. Auction “Display” screens are often used on the floor during an auction and are often used to add to the environment of a webcast sale. With this update, they now show an asking bid along with the bidder history, to ensure that there is a certain level of transparency between online and traditional bidders during an auction.

Lot Manager App

We have added lot management capabilities to our iPhone App, so that auctioneers can take pictures and lot an entire sale from your iPhones. Please note, the app requires an admin login from existing clients to view its functionality.*
